The cheetah is not only the fastest land animal, but an incredibly patient hunter. Unlike the lion, it has to rely on it's short allowance of speed versus its strength to capture its prey.
With this piece, I wanted to catch the anticipation of the hunt; to show the patience and calculated planning which is so imperative to the cheetah's success.
